Thanksgiving is an important time. It's a time to reflect. Deeper than what a mirror provides. Sometimes, it's hard to find things to be grateful for, especially in a time when there is a lot of loss and fear. One of the things I have learned from practicing Heart Rate Variability training, or inner balance, is that gratefulness, love, joy, and appreciation is a key to being a space of High Coherence. Otherwise known as the Just Play Zone or, more technically, Flow.
So, take some time to reflect on what you are thankful for.
I'm thankful for all of you who watch each week. We are connected in some way. I am also thankful for all the people in my life who have supported and reached out during this difficult and really challenging year. But I've learned a lot, and I know there is more on the horizon for me to learn and be grateful for.
As I look forward into the next year, I am going to do my best to make sure that I share the lessons I have learned with as far as my flashlight can shine - I think that's a bright idea. So keep watching.
